职位描述
1、市场调研及每季流行资讯的收集与整理；
2、完成负责波段的企划，根据每季主题，完成规定个款的产品开发工作；
3、完善产品组合及结构，并细化出具体方案，组织提案讨论，完成设计企划案并负责实施；
4、跟进样板，使设计的主题与思路能通过样板得以体现，并确保样板的制作生产；
专业素质要求：
1.三年以上女装品牌设计师工作经验优先。
2.对女装流行风格有敏锐的洞察力，对色彩及面料流行有准确的判断力，眼界开阔，有创意及领悟力；
3.熟悉研发流程、服装工艺、版型及立体裁剪；具备系列企划能力；
4.精通 Photoshop、Coreldraw 等图形设计软件，具良好的手绘能力；
5.工作细心认真、条理清晰、积极主动， 有责任感和团队协作精神；

Founded in 2003, Dongguan Dongsheng Cashmere Products Co., Ltd was originally a branch factory of Shenzhen Erdos Cashmere Products Co., Ltd in Dalang. And the company is also the first trial enterprise restructuring affiliate of Inner Mongolia Erdos Cashmere Group. We are specialized in the production of cashmere, blended cashmere products and non-cashmere high-grade products. With the complete production equipment and 536 employees, we can produce as many as 450,000 pieces of products each year.
The management team in the company is well experienced and inherited the excellent enterprise culture of Erdos. In addition, we have adopted the most advanced computerized management system in our country.
