Assist manager to take over the responsibility to enhance logistics capabiliites and meet the objectives of business growth and profitablity in the light of Corporate and Area objectives and targets;

Assist manager to lead and discipline Logistics Department to ensure operational excellence, high productivity, customer satisfaction as well as other KPIs assigned;

General Targets

- Ensure the adherence to company standards, procedures and processes

- Responsible for assigned logistics operations and support across assigned functions

- Lead and coach the team in date-to-date operation towards operational excellence

- Support internal and external coordination assigned by manager

- Ensure customer retention and satisfaction

- Leverage the workload and manpower within the team

- Improve productivity and avoid redundancy

- Set and assign KPIs within Department

- Track, analyze and communicate key performance metrics and make corrective actions if necessary

- Organize trainings of business concepts, processes and applications

- Assist to implement subcontractor evaluation methodology with manager

- Assist to improve cost control for all logistics activities consistently

- Assist to consolidate SCM intelligence and drive knowledge and know-how sharing

- Foster business model and case studies

- Accelerate local logistics progress synchronized with global targets and objectives

Facility Management

- Coordinate with functions to build a coherent and comprehensive capability in facilities

- Participate in infrastructure planning, procurement and decision-makings

- Maintain the facilities in a good condition to work

- Structure the layout to serve the needs with flexibility

- Keep meliorating working conditions toward Health, Safety and Environment requirements

- Track and manage onsite performance and execution of where 3rd party is involved

Business Implementation and Development

- Support and participate in SOP discussion and rate negotiation

- Drive the design, development, implementation and management of logistics solutions

- Lead, supervise and report the task fulfillment in timeframe of logistics projects

- Stay close to the market trend and SCM developments

- Enrich service portfolios to create more business potentials

- Minimum 6 years of experience in the logistics industry

-Minimum 3 years of experience in people management and leadership, including recruitment, training, development, coaching, conflict and performance management

- Fluent in English (written and spoken)

- Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken)
