We’re looking for a Senior ETO Engineer who’ll be responsible for creating customized products/ to design LED luminaire / to make appropriate demo samples based on existed standard products and providing customized products solutions and make sure the solution is qualified , well managed, and in-time.

What you’ll do

·       Create ETO(engineering to order) product cosidering spec verification and make sure the product is quailifed and can fullfil customers special request

·       Design and make demo samples for verification/ for test for customer spec confirmation in an efficient way.

·       Understand voice of customer not only from Chinese but also from oversea customers clearly and provide proper product solutions.

·       LED luminaire design in CAD(2D)and Solidedge(3D). Focus on mechanical design and LED lighting system configuration

·       Use office software as well as SAP for data excution and maintenace.

·       Solving or coordinating to solve the issues

·       Supporting to handle customer complaint

·       Supporting for internal process improvement

·       Participation in product design reviews as needed

·       Participate in continuous improvement. Involve in LEAN, six sigma projects and leading kaizen events as well.

What you’ll need

·       Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

·       At least 5 years’ experience in product design and development. Experience in foreign enterprise is preferred

·       Be familiar with mechanical design, manufacturing, assembly process. Luminaires industry is preferred

·       Good communication skill and interpersonal skill will be a plus
