Core Responsibilities:

• Project tracking and management, make sure new projects launch smoothly until SOP
• 项目跟踪和管理，保证新项目顺利开展，直至产品量产。
• Quality issue trouble shooting by adjusting coating or application process during Automotive Parts and Components production
• 从涂料或工艺调整角度解决零部件涂装过程中出现的质量问题
• This position requires travel frequently
• 该职位需要经常到汽车零部件客户现场出差

Key Job Requirements:                                                                                                   

• Experience in coating technology, Automotive plastic coating experience is preferred
• 涂料相关经验，汽车塑料件行业涂料经验优先。
• Good coating application skill, like color tinting, hand spray and equipment spray etc., familiar with customer production line  
• 具备良好的涂料应用能力，例如调色，手喷和自动化设备喷涂等，熟悉客户生产线体。
• Strong interpersonal skills, confidence
• 良好的人际交往能力和自信心。
• Strong problem solving skills, can work under pressure
• 较强的问题解决能力，较强的承压能力。
•  Five years experience as Technical service or equivalent laboratory experience, prefer have project management experience
