Project manager

Required Qualifications：

1. Bachelors Degree or higher education diploma in biology, biomedical, or related field.

2. 1-2 years of related experience in the molecular biology field or project management is preferable.

3. Excellent organization and communication skills are required.

4. The ability to work effectively as an individual and as a part of a team.

5. High proficiency with MS Office Applications.

6. To be able to communicate in English and Chinese. Chinese native or non-native with Chinese communications skills are necessary.

7. Overtime work during workday or weekends could be acceptable.

Key Responsibilities：

1. Involving in the commercial negotiation with BD and follow up the commercial process for the project.

2. Following up the whole project management process and have timely feedback to related BD and customers. Make sure to complete the project within the defined deadline

3. Maintains timely and efficient communications among team members and site staff.

4. Working on project information inputting via an internal management system and updating the project progress frequently.

5. Answer or Explain any commercial or technical questions about projects from customers to maintain good relationships with customers.

6. Other tasks assigned by the laboratory manager.

1. 生物学、生物医学或相关领域的学士学位或高等教育文凭。

2. 1-2年分子生物学或项目管理相关经验，或优秀应届生。

3.优秀的组织和沟通能力。

4. 作为个人和团队的一员有效工作的能力。

5. 熟练使用办公软件。

6. 能用中英文进行交流。

7. 可以接受工作日或周末加班。

主要职责:

1. 参与与BD的商务谈判，跟进项目的商务流程。

2. 跟踪项目管理的全过程，并及时反馈给相关BD和客户，在规定的期限内完成项目。

3.在团队成员和现场员工之间保持及时有效的沟通。

4. 通过内部管理系统进行项目信息录入，并经常更新项目进度。

5. 回答或解释客户关于项目的任何商业或技术问题，维护与客户的良好关系。

6. 实验室经理安排的其他任务。
