PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Performs a range of activities required to enable to successfully implement and utilize AMS (Advertising Management System) internally.


ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.Input media quotation offered by the sales into AMS.
2.Operate and verify the system database.
3.Implement daily change into AMS when necessary.
4.Be responsible for sales contracts management, booking sales contracts, and affirm AI and AR.
5.Control launch and depost process and update media list.
6.Improve internal procedure and coordinate the AMS system.
7.Other Ad Hoc tasks assigned by Sales Director.


JOB COMPETENCIES:
1.Have a good command of understanding the data and AMS system.
2.Good at communication and coordination.
3.Be able to work under pressure, independent, responsible and professional.
4.Good result/solution oriented person.


WORKING EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree with major in accounting or related field.
2. Proficiency with Excel, word processing system.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Good command of written and spoken English.
