工作职责

1. 管理QC的相关文件，包括图纸、检验规范、检验指导书、作业指导书等；
2. QC相关仪器设备的点检和确认；
3. 隔离库的管理；
4. 对生产的产品进行首件检验、过程检验、入库检验和判定；
5. 过程相关检验报告、测试报告的归档；
6. 执行GP12全检工作，并汇报相关结果；
7. 协助QE对过程不良进行处置，并跟进过程改善的效果；
8. 对发现的问题及时上报，并要求相关部门改善；
9. 品质记录的汇总、统计；
10. 领导安排的其他相关工作；
11. 任职要求：

• 年龄35周岁以下，职高以上学历；
• 一年以上质量检验相关工作经验；
• 如有冲压、机械质量检验、海特斯康三坐标检测工作经验优先；
• 积极的态度，勤奋，有事业心和责任感；
• 思维清晰，有逻辑，细心；
• 高度的责任心和保密意识；
• 能吃苦，具有良好的团队合作精神；
