1. Assists in the arrangement of marketing events. Provide assistance in any marketing support as needed, like tradeshows, solution conference, channel summit, partner forum and end user seminars.

* Support with venue selection and reservation.

* Coordinate with audience invitation. Work with internal sales team for attendee invitation and to ensure audiences’ quality and quantity.

* Work with vender on image layouts and booth logistics including booth structural maintenance, product updates, signage and graphics changes, shipping, set up, breakdown.

* Manage all post-event feedback including lead follow up and post show reports.

2. Translation project co-ordination with internal team and agencies.

* Organize and maintain a good communication and tracking process.

* Improve translation quality and enhance efficiency in literature review procedure

* Comply with HQ guidelines on branding and design works.

*Assist in development and promotion of marketing tools

3. Work with external agencies on design execution

* Comply with HQ guidelines on branding and design works.

4. Co-work with internal sales team and partners/end customers to develop success stories.

5. Training program co-ordination.

* Leverage marketing tactics to promote our Communications Academy and training course in market.

* Co-work with trainer to work out training calendar. Co-ordinate and ensure smooth course conduction.

* Result tracking, record update and diploma production.

* Training material localization, update and production.

6. Database marketing and e-marketing support

* Maintenance and update marketing database.

* Leverage e-marketing tactics to conduct further communications/ promotion/ campaigns base on the database.

7. Web page maintenance

* Web banner localization.

*Co-work with HQ e-biz team for web page localization and proofreading to ensure quality and good format.
