职责描述：

? Develop social & community strategies on how to increase customer base and capitalise it

? Establish customers connections through multi-channels including WeChat groups

? Maintain close relationships with our end customers and ultimate convert to sales

? Manage teams and/or freelancers to achieve sales results

? Provide market feedbacks for product enhancement & optimisation

? Work close with Product & Guest Engagement teams and provide guidelines to them on converting the customers

? Strong passion and interest in Tourism Industry

? Fluent Mandarin and a good command of English (both verbal and writing)

? Willingness to take new challenges and learning

? Good skill at Microsoft Office

? Social media thinking

? Out of box thinking
