工作内容：

1.      订单登记，根据销售提供的发货计划登记至订单跟踪表，核对客户，箱型，交货期，及时反馈交期紧急状况。

2.      订单操作，按照交货期提前通知堆场和物流做好准备，录入正确订单信息至系统，制作并输出相关指令给到堆场和物流商

3.      订单追踪，按照订单的交货期时时跟踪订单状态，及时更新送货情况。

4.      协调与其他部门的各类信息，准确解决本组所发生的各类问题

5.      物流供应商对账

6.      整理归档客户签收单

 

任职要求：

1.      专科或相关学历，物流管理/国际贸易相关专业

2.      熟练使用英语

3.      熟悉相关办公软件

4.      工作认真负责，有较强的抗压能力；逻辑思维清晰，沟通和应变能力出色；具有高度的工作热情
