1、 负责订单跟进，确保严格按照客户要求的质量及时排产包装出运及时更新订单进度，做好风险预防和控制，出现异常需及时反馈，并提出解决方案。

2、 负责产品样品质量监督。订单中样品及时索取。留样检测，登记在册，保存，寄送。产品出现问题，及时提供补救方案。

3、 负责货代联系，控制运输成本，监督货物装船，运输信息反馈根据客户提供，联系相应指定货代。确认船期，到港期，费用，对比价格，要求代理做合适调整。协调厂商及时安排配货，装箱，及监装，控制运输过程中包装破损情况的发生。运输及装箱记录备案。及时提供装船单据。

4、 负责单证制作和申请。根据客户要求提供相关单据，并及时给客户确认。确保单证内容准确无误。

5、 负责客户协调工作。

订单后确认标签包装样本适时更新订单进度。确认单据。要求客户提供货代信息。更新船期，到港日。寄送单据

6. 提供成本数据。按时向财务部提交订单进行中出具的相关票据。

7. 其他领导布置的任务
