Role/ Tasks: Provide high quality support for SAP and SAP subsidiaries globally including Asia Pacific countries

    

    

Responsibilities

    

o   Provide 1st level SAP Application support through logged tickets, CHAT, email & etc

    

o   Monitor of all business application problems which are logged

    

o   Trouble shooting and evaluating incoming problems

    

o   Solve SAP business application issues/problems

    

o   Forward the unresolved problems to the next level and follow up till resolution

    

o   Attend regular Knowledge Transfer sessions/ trainings/alignment meetings and effectively apply the knowledge to daily support

    

o   Take notes and make training/meeting minutes after the sessions. Regularly review internal audit reports and periodic meeting minutes, initiatively follow up with assigned tasks and act upon action items

    

o   Improve own knowledge level to be qualified and independent to support users after the KT

    

o   Continuously improve own skills set to fulfill SAP customers’ and LoB’s requirements

    

o   Avoid defective dispatch with the maximum of efforts and immediately correct the handling behavior or close the knowledge gap as soon as any defective dispatch is found

    

o   Regularly review and update internal knowledge base for knowledge alignment

    

o   Collect frequently asked incidents and problems and timely report to the next level for fixing or managing the issues

    

    

    

  

    

Requirements

    

o   University graduate majoring in Information Systems or Engineering area

    

o   Excellent in spoken and written English

    

o   Working experience in IT Support or Finance/Controlling area will be an added advantage

    

o   Adopt different working shifts (morning working shift or evening working shift)
