Assist in establishing and enhancing business relationships with customers through provision of quality customer service to maximize business growth

  

Provide input on product design to meet customers’ buying objectives

  

Supervising the team to enhance service delivery and operation efficiency

  

Provide solutions and support to ensure smooth production and manufacturing process

  

Manage the program from Sourcing, Product Development and Production, Delivery to meet customers’ requirements and compliance standards

  

Identify local and global market trends of furniture

  

Source and negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive prices, deals & terms

  

Monitor supplier performance and bulk quality standard control

  Involve in the product development process to ensure that products meet customers' quality and budget requirement

KGS (the new name of “Redcats” since 31 Oct 2013) owned by Kering Group, which is the third biggest luxury and retail group being famous by the brand GUCCI YSL, etc. And KGS Shanghai Office deals with merchandise sourcing and buying services for the group subsidiaries in the mainland China.
