Responsibility:

1.Ensure logistics lead time, prepare customs clearance document and instruct customs broker to complete customs clearance.

2.Coordinate with sales dept. and customer for quick response to the loss and damage during import process. Improve customer satisfaction.

3.Control service quality of logistics companies and implement monthly KPI evaluation.

4.Collect and check monthly import tariff amount and hand over to finance dept. in order to ensure accounting accuracy.

5.Check monthly expenses of logistics companies to ensure accuracy of logistics cost.

6.Timely update Standard Operating Procedure in order to enhance internal control and improve working efficiency within Logistics Dept.

7.Participate in logistics solution mapping based on customer’s demand.

8.Collect essential logistics information for cost analysis in order to control logistics cost.

Requirement:

1.Bachelor degree or above.

2.Fluent English in writing. Good English in speaking.

3.At least 3 years experience in Logistics.

4.3rd party customs broker experience.

5.Bonded warehouse operation and management experience is preferred.

6.Skilled in MS Office.

7.Good knowledge about AEO relevant and ASEAN FTA program is preferred.

8.Sense of responsibility, active, full of enthusiasm and good communication skill. Good team work spirit.
