Job Duties工作职责:

1. Prepare, analyse and perform, the microbiological preparation and testing of samples in a profession manner following correctly SOPs independently or if these are not available the directions given by supervisor then fill in timely relevant records.

能够独立地正确地按照标准操作程序规定的方式分析并执行微生物样品的制备和检测，或不具备时按照组内负责人的指导操作，并及时填写相关记录。

2. Responsible for docking the proficiency testing project and method comparison project, and complete the project experiment execution.

负责对接能力验证项目和方法比对项目，完成项目实验执行。

3. Ensure that the work area is clean and tidy and all the glassware and small-scale equipment related to sample pre-treatment reach the adequate standard before using then fill in timely relevant records.

确保工作区域整洁，所有的玻璃器皿和前处理涉及的小型仪器使用前达到合适的标准， 并及时填写相关记录。

4. Process reports on analyse within set timescale according to the appropriate standard independently. Maintain accurate legible records for all activities within the laboratory. Ensure the paper/electronic copies are kept securely according to laboratory procedures. Check data from other staff and correct any discrepancies that occur.

在规定的时限内，独立地以恰当的标准整理数据。维护确保实验过程中的原始记录清洗规范可溯源性。并确保按实验室程序妥善保存书面/电子文件。检查其他员工的检测数据，并纠正任何产生的不符合项。

5. Be able to find or judge simple instrument problems and report to the supervisor. Undertake equipment maintenance tasks assigned to them by the supervisor under their supervision or following their directions.

能够发现或判断简单的仪器故障并向部门领导。承担由部门领导分配的仪器保养任务并能在他们的监督或指导下完成工作。

6. Prepare media according to specification of the method, and check the quality of the prepared media. Fill in the relevant records timely.

根据标准方法中的内容指导员工制备培养基并核查配制培养基的质量，及时填写相关记录。

7. Manage the reference strains accord to the SOPs. Prepare beans culture and work culture and fill in relevant records

管理标准菌株、制备储存菌株和工作菌种，并填写相关记录。

8. Responsible for conducting laboratory proficiency testing plan, and organizing, coordinating, technical reviewing proficiency testing and submitting the results.

负责参与实验室能力验证计划，并组织、协调、技术审核能力验证测试和结果上报。

9. Conduct basic laboratory operation and testing method training for new employees.

协助实验室主管完成对新员工的实验室基本操作和测试方法培训。

10. Responsible for conducting annual training plan and annual supervision / monitoring plan for all staff within the laboratory.

负责完成实验室年度培训计划和年度人员监督/监控计划执行。

11. Ensure proper quality control and quality procedures are followed.

确保执行了正确的质量控制流程并且遵循了正确的质量操作流程。

12. Evaluate current methods and recommend modifications as new procedures become available.

评价当前方法和作为新程序的推荐性的修改。

13. Undertake some method development or method verification and validation projects following supervisor‘s directions. Make relevant work plans and put into practice.

在组内负责人的指导下制定指定方法开发和方法验证和确认相关工作计划并安排实施。

14. Monitor and manage the use of the consumables and make purchase plan for them.

协助组内负责人制定本部门消耗品采购计划，控制监督消耗品的使用。

15. Identify unusual situation in work and communicate to the supervisor.

判别工作中的异常情况并且与主管进行沟通。

16. Communicate procedural and operational difficulties and delays to the lab supervisor or project manager as required.

根据需求对于操作流程和操作方法中的困难和延误向实验室主管或项目负责人进行沟通。

17. Communicate with and seek guidance from the lab supervisor or project manager to meet laboratory targets.

与实验室主管进行沟通，并且获得实验室主管或项目负责人的指导，以满足实验室的目标

18. Perform other related tasks as needed.

Education Background教育背景：

Bachelor degree or above in food science, biology, and other related majors

本科及以上学历，食品科学，生物和其他相关专业

English level英语水平：

Basic reading and writing skill

基础读写能力

Training experience培训经历：

Quality system training of lab 实验室质量体系培训

Related training in operation skills of microbiology 相关微生物操作技能培训

Work experience工作经验：

more than 3 years relevant work experience required

三年以上相关工作经验

Skills & Abilities技能和素质：

Strong professional ability with microbiology operation独立熟练地微生物操作技能
