Job Description:

Ensure achievement of team KPIs on monthly and annual basis

Team Management and Development

·        Ensure your team delivers the Louis Vuitton Promise to every Client, through demonstrating and modeling the 4 Louis Vuitton

·        Attitudes. Support them with consistent coaching, identify their development and training needs and individual action plans

·        Identify, recruit and develop talents, secure succession plans in collaboration with CS Manager

·        Set individual and team goals; proactively assess and manage performance against expectations

·        Manage and motivate the team to drive business: create a positive and harmonious work environment, foster cooperation within the team and between managers

Operations

·        Ensure policies, Brand standards and grooming guidelines are communicated and implemented Support call handling as and when at the minimum 1 hour per day

·        Real time incoming calls monitoring and support teams on operational daily tasks.

·        Ensure team’s forecast of call/TEXT volumes and advisors’ scheduling are in accordance with business requirements

·        Review and identify areas of improvement and introduce new structures and processes as required.

·        Plan and conduct training; assist CS in store trainer to plan an annual team training and new comer training

·        Involve in ad-hoc projects assigned by CS manager

Client & Business development and handle escalation

·        Support the team and e retail in building long term Client relationship, by providing the excellent client experiences through all channel contacts

·        Establish a Client-centric mindset in client services center to ensure the highest level of Client experience

·        Communicate and inspire the team on corporate strategy and relevant business information (animate morning briefings, training)

·        Handle call/TEXT escalations and through follow-ups; proactively handle escalated client related issues and situations, communicate with relevant stake-holders for complaint cases and discuss the best resolution for prevention and improvement.

Reports

·        Produce and ensure the accuracy of required daily and monthly statistical reports

·        Produce regular qualitative and quantitative reports

·        Support CS manager in staff planning (workforce management) with call forecasts

Requirements：

·        Working experience in service industry，Retail store experience is preferred

·        Passionate to LV brand and E-Retail

·        Good management skills and professional attitude
