I. Tasks / activities:

Quality Management

• Maintenance and development of the QM System

• Implementation process-driven analysis

• Development of concepts to optimize operational processes

• Contribute in defining the company`s quality policy

• Advising of the company`s departments in all questions of quality assurance

• Responsible for the preparation and companion of the certification audit, internal audits and company audits in coordination with the headquarter

• Responsible for the documentation of quality assurance within the production facility

• Directive and controlling of corrective actions in case of noticed deviations

• Promotion and encouragement of the QM awareness regarding client's requirements in the company

• Contribute in controlling, analyzing and minimizing of costs in all quality affairs

• Manage facility inspections/audits to include adherence to process and procedure

• Develop and maintain a recurring internal inspection scheduled in cooperation with global quality management.

   

• II. Knowledge / skills required

• University diploma

• Language proficiency in English and Mandarin; German a distinct advantage.

• A relevant practical experiences in structuring and developing of QM-systems

• Proven analytic competence, persuasive with strong presentation skills

• Self-driven to achieve and exceed challenging goals

Mankiewicz is a globally operating paint manufacturer, founded 1895 in Hamburg. Nowadays, the Mankiewicz group supplies high-quality coating systems for industrial series production to various sectors, including demanding markets such as machinery, automotive, aviation, railway, utility vehicles, medical engineering, yacht and wind power industry.
The in-house development department permits creation of all paint systems in all colour shades, gloss grades and textures, tailor-made for each customer.
