岗位职责：
1、负责公司Bonding产品生产工艺编制和实施；
2、负责实验室新开发产品一致性生产；
3、负责Bonding粉末涂料生产产品的改善；
4、负责撰写产品研发报告及产品的相关技术文件；

        5、负责Bonding产品质量进行把关，协助产品客诉解决。

任职要求：

1. 大专以上学历，化工相关专业，年龄30-45岁。

1. 熟悉粉末涂料的生产工艺和施工工艺，有良好的专业知识和丰富经验，能独立解决涂料生产和施工中的各类问题。

1. 能独立开发各种粉末涂料配方，熟悉粉末涂料产品研发流程及相关的法律法规；

1. 有粉末涂料研发及生产5年以上的实际工作经历，有Bonding生产经验者优先；

1. 英语4级以上水平；
