一、岗位职责

1、负责进出口相关单证的制作、 管理及信用证审核　　

2、收集和整理各种单证，完成送货单、订单、提单核对等对单据的各项处理，并进行基础数据录入和归档

3、协助业务员联系工厂，独立跟进客户订单，跟踪每票货物的生产备货情况，，统计核对相关数据　　

4、及时准确与货代公司联系装箱，送仓工作　

5、在整个过程中，完成与业务员以及客户、货代各方面的协调工作 　　

6、协调解决客户订单各环节出现的突发问题。

7、协助跟踪工厂及货代发票回馈情况

二、任职要求

1、英语四级以上

2、国际贸易及相关专业优先录取

3、一年以上工作经验，接收优秀应届生

4、精通英语和各种office工具，会正确的翻译相应的产品关键词；

5、协调沟通能力强，有很强的逻辑思维能力和计划性，细心，富有激情和耐心；

6、工作踏实认真，有担当，为人诚恳，学习能力强；

7、能吃苦，头脑清晰，善于分析问题及具有解决问题的能力。
