• 分拣已检验刀具，整理需要涂层的订单，交生产助理，与供应商核对涂层订单

  Sort the inspected tools, sort out the orders that need coating, and submit them to the production assistant to check the coating orders with supplier

• 目视检验涂层刀具并记录

  Inspect coated tools and record

• 操作ZOTEC设备，进行刀具刃口钝化

  Operate Zotec machine for cutting edge preparation

• 刀具修磨预判，并标识报废刀具

  Precheck tools for regrinding , identification of scrapped tools

• 支持修磨刀具

  Support for tool regrinding

• 领导安排的其它工作

岗位要求：

Job Requirements:

- 机械类相关专业，大专及以上学历；

College or above, major in Mechanical or related;

- 有机械加工经验， 熟悉各种刀具的使用和几何参数；

Work experience in machining, familiar with use of kinds of tools and geometrical parameter;

- 能准确识读刀具和工艺图纸；

Familiar with quality inspection regulation and quality ISO9001 standard;

- 熟练使用办公软件及投影仪、显微镜测量仪等仪器；

Familiar with Office software and use of projector, microscope gauge, etc.;

- 责任心强。

Strong sense of responsibility.

- 能适应翻三班工作者优先。

Ability to work in three shifts is a plus.
