Take full charge of Production: 

1. Be in charge of production result, team management and development.

2. Build up the cross-functional, customer-focused team in the preparation and implementation of operating plans  consistent with business objectives / plans.

3、Evaluates, develops, and implements processes to improve manufacturing performance, structured know-how, and costs.

5、Other duties as assigned.

Requirements：

1. Result oriented; Cross functional abilities; Team work leader;

2. 3+ years in Manufacturing management experience.

3. English speaker.
