Core Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting customers in applying plastic coating at Automotive Parts assembly plants
• 在汽车零配件制造企业涂装车间，协助并支持涂装的相关技术事宜
• The work involves data collection, paint quality audits, problem solving and resolution
• 工作包括数据采集，涂装质量审核及问题解决。
• Position requires some irregular work schedules
• 该职位需配合零部件制造企业生产进度采用排班制工作时间 （综合计时）。

Key Job Requirements:                                                                                                   

• Experience in coating technology, Automotive plastic coating experience is preferred
• 涂料相关经验，汽车塑料件行业涂料经验优先。
• Good coating application skill, like color tinting, hand spray and equipment spray etc.
• 具备良好的涂料应用能力，例如调色，手喷和自动化设备喷涂等。
• Strong interpersonal skills, confidence
• 良好的人际交往能力和自信心。
• Strong problem solving skills, can work under pressure
• 较强的问题解决能力，较强的承压能力。
•  Five years experience as Technical service or equivalent laboratory experience
• 五年技术服务岗位经验或类似涂料领域的实验室岗位经验。
