1．Take reponsibility for personla safe and the persons& equipments around, detect and report the safety risks related

to machine, tools, fixtures, parts, etc.

对自身及周围的人和设备的安全负责，发现和报告与机台，工具，工装，工件等相关的安全风险；

2. Set and operate multiple machines

设定和操作多台机器。

3．Responsible for loading parts, operating controls, setting tools, simple edits, Debarring and inspection of quality parts

负责毛坯件装载，操作机器，设定刀具，简单编辑程序，去毛刺和成品检查。

4．Set and renew CNC tooling as required

按要求设定和更换CNC刀具

5．Studies and interprets drawings, manuals, specifications or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished components.

研究解释图纸，操作指导，规范或者样件来判定完成品的尺寸和公差。。

6．Commit to produce qualified parts continuously and process improvement, strictly follow quality and technical requirements, detect and report inconformity, quality riks and unstability, communicates with supervisor, engineers, production control, quality and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve machining or quality issues.

致力于连续生产合格品和过程改善，严格遵守质量和工艺要求，识别和报告不良品，质量风险和不稳定

7．Responsible for keeping equipment and work area clean and orderly and perform basic preventative maintenance functions on equipment.

8．Undertake TPM (Total Productive maintenance) and Kaizen activities

承担TPM和Kaizen（改善）活动。
