质量专员

i) FDF集团采购产品的质量保证与控制;

ii)供应商出差现场的质量检验和放行管理，特别是后处理合作伙伴开发项目;

iii)实验室检测分析、质量报告;

iv)规范和文件管理;

v)供应商认证;

vi)供应商现场审核，监督供应商审核情况;

7)处理供应商对产品的索赔;

8)供应商现场调查、产品质量问题讨论;

ix)管理本实验室和第三方实验室的样品检测和分析;

x)管理食品安全文件和问卷。

要求:

1. 本科或硕士，食品科学与技术、农业、生物化学等相关专业。

2. 1-3年农业生产、食品制造或食品配料行业工作经验，或应届毕业生。

3.熟悉微生物学、欧美农药MRL、化学污染控制、ISO、HACCP等相关知识。

4. 擅长英语和微软办公软件。

5. 有雄心壮志和兴趣迎接挑战。

6. 正直，诚实，开放，良好的沟通能力。

  

质量专员

  

 

  

i) Quality assurance and control of the products FDF Group sourced;

  

ii) Quality inspection and release management on suppliers' site via traveling, especially for the reprocessing partner development project;

  

iii) Lab test and analysis, quality report;

  

iv) Specification & documents management;

  

v) Certifications of the suppliers;

  

vi) Supplier on-site audits and monitoring the suppliers'audit status;

  

vii) Handling the claims on the products from the suppliers;

  

viii) Supplier on-site investigation and discussions on the product quality issues;

  

ix) Manage sample testing and analysis by our own lab and the 3rd party labs;

  

x) Managing food safety documentations and questionnaires.

  

Requirements:

  

1. Bachelor or Master with food science & technology, agriculture, biological chemistry, and etc.

  

2. 1-3 years working experience in agriculture production, food manufacturing, or food ingredients business, or talent new graduates.

  

3. With knowledge of microbiology, pesticide MRL of Europeans and USA, chemical contamination control, ISO, HACCP, and etc.

  

4. Goods at English and MS office Software.

  

5. Have ambitions and interest to meet challenges.

  

6. Straight, honest, open, good interface capability
