Business Set-Up / Process Set-Up Profile/Mission

· Directing Finance control aspects on site and implementations required by Finance Head

· Support making necessary Finance policies and local “checks & balances” systems [templates/reports]

· Supporting finance operations part within IT system implementation plan of the organization [SAP]

· Coordinating, preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual finance control reports required to connect local system data with management and statutory required reporting

· Coordinate local implementation of Company existing audit process / creating and maintaining internal controls based on Company existing policies, establishing and maintaining immaculate record keeping, managing the audit process with audit firms and providing requisite schedules

Established/Running Position Profile/Mission

· Be responsible for the overall Supply Point B/S, CF control.

· SP finance planning together with Finance Head and all departments.

· Reviews all monthly reports eg. Variances report, AP aging and provision report, inventory days reports, Rejected materials claim report, stock write off report, etc.

· Ensure that the month-end and year-end closing is completely done with high accuracy, include providing the Latest Estimate on inventory and reporting internally and externally to Auditor and ELN / SN

· Give Comment and provide Observation list on each Physical count, for the improvement on the next physical count. Providing the report as a proof to Revenue Department and Auditor

· Provide Financial support to Management and Regional office for Finance and Operations issues related to AR2/3

· Seeking for improvement on CAPEX control. Fully utilize SAP function, review work process and cut down non-value added job and sharing within the company and to other Business units under ELN / SN

· Support all the Projects in term of calculation and analysis eg. Internal projects, Cross-functional projects, Regional projects (cost saving project, costing methodology, new product development)

· Supervise and support to Operations and other departments in term of Tax and VAT issues related to stock eg. Stock donation and stock write off

· Join the meetings with Operations regarding to B/S& CF & CAPEX issues

Support Qingdao trading activities in situation of location limitation from CBU & CBS team

任职要求：

Education and Experience

· Major in accounting or finance related; Bachelor degree or above

· 5+ years accountant working experience, and 3+ years for the international enterprises company

· SAP experience preferred;

· CPA as a preference

Specific Knowledge

· Knowledge in SAP

· Have an Accounting background

· Computer skills (Excel + Powerpoint)

General skills

· Fluent English language is a must

· Good experienced Manufacturing business background

· Good skills in written and verbal communication, time management, prioritizing and delegating work

· Teamwork, problem solving and decision-making

· Communication skills
