Responsibility:

1. Responsible for defining training course system in different dimensions. Be sensitive and able to dig out the training needs, based on the business strategy, business development and position requirements.

2. Responsible for designing and developing training courses based on the defined training course system, including designing course structure and training method, developing training content and materials. Be able to learn and apply advanced and appropriate training tech. and method to develop, deliver and continuously improve the course, to ensure the training effectiveness.

3. Responsible for delivering general competency related training courses, based on annual training plan. Possess at least 1 training course as certified trainer.

4. Responsible for internal trainer management, including trainer certification, development, and motivation, to ensure the trainers’ qualification.

5. Support to set up employee capability management system in company level, and set up organization knowledge pool, including best experience extraction.

6. Other training related tasks assigned by the superior.

    

   Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or above, and 3+ years related experience in HR or training filed;

2. Have experience in training course design & development, and understand different Learning & Development theories and be able to apply them into course development;

3. Have experience in training delivering with positive participants’ evaluation feedback;

4. Be proficient in using Microsoft software and advanced training software (E-course development, SaaS e-learning platform, etc.).

5. Be good at communication and have the ability to create communication chance to know others’ idea, interests and needs, through active listening and observation.

6. Be good at oral and written English.
