Responsibilities

1. Create intuitive user experience

2. Design and prototype new features and ideas for current and next-generation products

3. Work closely with product managers to ensure designs meet product requirements and with developers to ensure ideas can be brought to life

4. Contribute to all stages of the design process from brainstorming, research, create wireframes, mockups, user flows, interactive prototypes and refine user experiences

5. Communicate design goals and specifications to the engineering team

6. Conceptualize, design and execute modern, complex digital designs and product experiences, including user interfaces and product flows for desktop and mobile applications

7. Develop and perform usability sessions, conduct user research with key stakeholders and customers to get feedback

8. Deliver finalized design layouts, with all the assets required for development

9. Understand what our users are doing and why; by using analytics and competitive analysis and supporting the research teams

10. Take a systematic approach to create clean, functional and beautiful UI

11. Follow our visual brand guidelines, art direction and collaborate with other designers

12. Build & maintain a design system that outlines style, branding, components, layouts, and best practices

13. Represent the UX voice and be an advocate for the user in all conversations when collaborating closely with developers and product owners.

14. Maintain, innovate upon, and surpass industry best practices for UX and product design methods, trends, and processes.

Qualifications:

1. 3 + years of UX-UI design experience

2. Bachelor’s degree with a portfolio that demonstrates user-centered design by leveraging user research and data

3. Agile/Scrum experience

4. Working knowledge of HTML5/XHTML, CSS3 and JavaScript

5. Experience building end to end prototypes both in low/high fidelity prototypes

6. using tools like InVision, adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, etc.,

7. Experience using website analytics tools like crazy egg, google analytics, Hotjar, etc to influence product design

8. Knowledge of cross-platform browser compatibility restrictions and requirements

9. Experience with contributing to design style guides and working in adherence to guidelines and best practices.

10. Fluent Chinese, excellent oral and written English communication skills

11. Active and effective communication skills

2003年集团确立把在中国发展运动用品零售业务作为集团未来十年的首要战略并将其亚洲区办公室包括生产和零售从香港迁来上海。迪卡侬***概念商场于2003年11月在上海浦东新区正式开业。截止2019年12月31日，迪卡侬在中国拥有308家商场实体店，遍布全国约116个城市。集团2009年起步的电子商务业务发展迅速，顾客覆盖约400个城市。
