Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage online platform operators and provide technical support to relevant support personnel and customers.

管理线上平台运营商并为相关支持人员和终端客户提供技术支持。

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

1.Maintain good communication with online platform operators and relevant personnel of consulting companies, and regularly train product technical knowledge;

与线上平台运营商、顾问公司的相关人员保持良好的沟通，并定期培训产品技术知识;

2.Provides technical assistance to the online platform and customers as regards choice of products, applications, system solutions, accessories, installations, prices, etc;

为线上平台和客户提供产品、应用、系统解决方案、配件、安装、价格等方面的技术支持;

3.Organizes and maintains the Technical Support Center;

组织和维护技术支持中心;

4.Responds customer’s inquires and give a brief explanation of the technical problem, alternatively proceed to the person(s) concerned for assistance;

回应客户的询问并对技术问题作出简短的解释，或者向相关人员寻求帮助;

5.Manages the internal repairs process, the analysis of products and the management of returns;

管理内部维修流程、产品分析及退货管理;

6.Participate in the sales and management of online platforms, conduct random checks and supervision from time to time, and maintain customer satisfaction;

参与线上平台的销售和管理，并不定期的进行抽查和监督，维护客户的满意度;

Normal Minimum Position Requirements

1.Bachelor degree in mechanical technology or related field.

机械技术或相关专业本科学历。

2.5 years experience in similar position in foreign companies is preferred;

5年以上外企类似岗位工作经验者优先;

3.Experience in pump and motor industry is a plus;

有泵和电机行业工作经验者优先;

4.Good knowledge of pumps and motors in China market;

熟悉中国市场的泵和电机;

5.Good at spoken and written English
