职责描述：

1. 熟悉胶黏剂生产相关设备原理等。

2. 负责公司所有公共设施系统设备的安装、管理、维护、保养、以确保其正常运行，包括暖通，制冷，电气系统等。

3. 负责对公司厂房及机电设施进行合理的新建、改建、扩建升级改造工程项目的规划设计和现场实施，保障项目实施工程中的安全、质量、进度和成本满足公司发展要求。

4. 负责所管辖区域的节能降耗减排的技术改善，及相关工程项目的发起、规划、设计和实施，通过技术和管理方法提升公司的能源效率。在工程项目规划设计和实施方面要求符合发展投资的合理性和后期运行的经济性和稳定性。

5. 负责对工厂设备资料进行标准化，对相关记录、报表进行确认；对技术员和运行工人进行操作培训和工作指导书的编写，合理制定实施相应培养计划。

6. 负责公司特种设备的管理和档案整理。

7. 要求能够独立定制公司各类设备点检程序和检修标准并严格执行。

8. 对厂务系统设备的管理，填写维修改造记录表，制定年度、月度维修计划，并监督实施。

9. 落实执行好公司安全、节能管理体系实施，定期开展安全隐患的自查自纠。

10. 维持和改善ISO9001质量管理体系和ISO4001环境管理体系所承担的工作内容。

11. 负责与政府部门及其他管理部门的关系协调和业务联络。

12. 完成领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，机械工程、工业工程等相关专业优先

2. 胶黏剂生产制造业厂务三年以上专业技术工作经验

3. 英语良好，具有较强的沟通协调、分析判断、解决问题的能力，抗压性强，良好的职业道德敬业精神，以及团队协作精神

4. 工作认真负责，严谨细致，有责任心
