1. Manage and track projects using standard project management tool.
2. Work with NSF food safety team to assist in assignment and arrangement of audit items.
3. Prepare and maintain project setup sheets, file tracking spreadsheets, financial tracking spreadsheets, and give regular updates to management.
4. Distribute client invoices. Communicate with the customers and handle customer requests for additional invoice or statement of account copies. Initiate collection activities by contacting customer regarding outstanding invoices.
5. Interface with NSF (Shanghai) Testing Company Ltd laboratory staff and management on projects involving testing services. Work with auditors to ensure that the audit arrangements can be completed successfully.
6. Coordinate with supplier of client for projects involving time arrangement and scheduling.
7. Perform other duties, as assigned.
   
   

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor’s degree;

2. A minimum of 4-5 years relevant work experience including experience in providing excellent customer service. Especially on audit or project scheduling and arrangement.

3. Be familiar with certification and testing industry.

4. Strong sense of responsibility and serious attitude towards work.

5. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

6. Fluent in Mandarin, proficient in English

7. Ability and willingness to learn required technical information.

7. Excellent written and verbal communication and technical writing skills.
8. Ability to work well with others, engaging personality

9. Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments with limited direction.
