1.Handle cash, bank settlement, foreign exchange according to the receipt and payment voucher approved.

2.Keep cash and blank checks, record cash and bank journal, daily and monthly check, make sure the account is consistent. Timely update weekly cash flow report.

4.Responsible for management of fixed assets, register and maintain asset information and fixed asset inventory; monthly stock check etc.

1． Education

◆ Bachelor or higher education  

2．Skills Required

    

◆ Assistant accountant or above

◆ Fluent in both spoken & written English / Mandarin Chinese

    

◆ Good computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel and Outlook)

    

◆ knowledge on billing and invoice management

    

◆ Know the newest accounting policy

        

◆ Basic knowledge of financial regulations and tax

    

◆ Familiar with basic financial accounting software
