职位描述

1.     Under direct supervision, use quality inspection tools to perform production on-site inspections

    Including: solid wood  furniture spare part inspection, product structure test assembly; check the  hardware, colour, BOM, drawing, etc

2. According to the quality control requirements, record, analyse and test the daily inspection work, and fill in the quality report to ensure the raw material, semi-finished product and finished product analysis data of the company, so as to ensure the production process conforms to the quality specification.
3. Provide on-site guidance to ensure production quality requirements, organize and arrange quality training, and assist them to complete CR, PIA, CS, raw materials,semi-finished products and finished products self-inspection.
4. To support quality manager to establishing quality standards for raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products, and propose improvement suggestions and corrective actions for defects in products, procedures or processes.
5. According to the quality report results, report the deviation and finished product defects in time, contact with QA team to solve the problem, and return the modification suggestions to production department.

1． Education

◆  Bachelor degree or above, science background is preferred

2．Skills Required

◆   Familiar with furniture manufacturing process

◆   Ability to read simple drawings and identify the structural process drawings of furniture

◆   Familiar with furniture quality inspection standards and procedures, familiar with the use of product testing and measuring instruments and equipment

◆   Ability to analyse quality accidents and predict quality risks

◆   English written language, can communicate with the UK through email

◆   Proficient in using office software, especially Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, etc.

◆   Basic skills in training and mentoring others

4. Work experience

◆   at least 2 years work experience, preferring with a furniture company quality work experience background;
