Requirement

任职要求

1. 3 years above experiences in electronics (PCBA) or automotive company, directly work with foreign customer

3年以上电子（PCBA）或汽车行业背景，有直接对接国外客户的经验

2. Knowledge about PCBA production process, quality tools such as PPAP, APQP, FMEA Fish bone, 5W1E, 8D, etc

熟悉PCBA生产工艺，质量管理工具和方法，如PPAP, APQP, FMEA Fish bone, 5W1E, 8D等

3. Familiar with TS16949, VDA 6.3, ISO9001 standard

熟悉TS16949, VDA 6.3, ISO9001 标准

4. Knowledge about ROHS and REACH

了解ROHS and REACH相关规定

5. Good organization and communication ability

良好的组织和沟通能力

6. Strong execution and adaption ablity, can travel
