工作内容：

i)调查、监测和分析作物和市场情况，以及这些情况对中药材、蔬菜和水果的影响，对危急情况预测和情况变化做出反应;

ii)创建和开发数据库和工具，提供供应商、作物、市场、价格和产品的有价值的信息和分析;

iii)协调供应商和集团之间的产品质量和技术问题;

iv)冻干、风干产品的货源及开发新的货源，以及新的可靠供应商;

v)对已建立供应商的监督和审核;

vi)与供应商就年度合同和/或订单进行价格谈判;

vii)通过出差（短期差旅、根据产品产季及生产情况自行安排）协助供应商的现场质量检验和放行管理，特别是对再加工合作伙伴开发项目。

要求:

1. 本科或硕士学历，食品科学与技术、农业、生物化学等相关专业。

2. 3年以上农业生产、食品生产或食品配料行业工作经验，能力优秀者可放宽考虑。

3.熟练使用英语和微软办公软件。

4. 有迎接挑战的雄心和兴趣。

5. 为人正直，诚实，开朗，有良好的沟通能力

i) Investigate, monitor and analyze the crop and market situations as wells as the influence of the situations on the FD&AD herbs, vegetables and fruits, react to critical situation forecasts and condition changes;

ii) Create and develop data base and tools with valuable information and analysis of suppliers, crops, markets, prices and products;

iii) Coordinating between suppliers and Group in the quality and technical issues of the products;

iv) Source and develop new sources for freeze-dried and air-dried products, as well as the new reliable suppliers;

v) Supervise and audit of established suppliers;

vi) Price negotiation with suppliers for annual contracts and/or orders;

vii) Assist the suppliers’ site quality inspection and release management via traveling, especially for the reprocessing partner development project.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or Master with food science & technology, agriculture, biological chemistry, and etc.

2. 3 years working experience in agriculture production, food manufacturing, or food ingredients business. People with excellent ability can relax the standards.

3. Goods at English and MS office Software.

4. Have ambitions and interest to meet challenges.

5. Straight, honest, open, good interface capability
