As a member of Philips Capital team in Greater China region, you will work with our commercial organizations to identify, develop and implement financing products, programs and solutions to grow sales volume, margin, and customer satisfaction.  

 

As Analyst/Associate of Philips Capital Market Greater China, you will:

-Build relationships with key internal stakeholders and institutionalize innovative financing solutions across all business and market opportunities.

-Be the driver for increased financing volume for both flow type financing programs as well as larger project financing transactions for your respective businesses;

-Find, execute and institutionalize innovative financial solutions for Philips’ strategic development needs for your respective businesses;

-Drive consistent origination and execution methodologies, risk management and visible technical, operational and financial reporting;

-Be able to work with various financiers; including, but not limited to, banks, insurers, leasecos, and private equity type investors;

-Provide leadership to identify new business opportunities from a financing perspective;

-Coordinate with your respective businesses the overall financing activities and establish priorities to ensure timeline and financial targets are met.

 

Your responsibilities

-Support deal origination and execution & ensure appropriate deal funnel management

-Participate in developing, promoting and managing financing programs and solutions

-Support maintaining effective relationship with various financiers; including, but not limited to, banks, insurers, leasecos, and private equity type investors;

-Support stakeholder management/ partnership with regional sales & finance teams

-Support embed financing solutions in the Market to Order process and drive training activities for sales and support staff

-Generate market financing insights/ intelligence

-Ensure compliance/ reporting and manage portfolio and risks according to guidelines

-Manage and monitor all transactional execution with appropriate support staff
