Job responsibilities岗位职责

• Responsible for colleting,reorganise the report and record required by quality systerm,and sustainably improve the equipment automation;

  依据质量体系收集、整理报告文件和相关记录，持续改善设备自动化；

• Check and record the performance appraisal content coached by department leader;

  核对和记录部门负责人传授的绩效考核内容；

• Update our primary maintenance& inspect information

  生产设备日常维护以及巡点检文件内容更新；

• The drafting of a weekly equipment evaluation reports to provide solutions and improvements.

  负责每周对设备运行情况作出评估；

• According to Downtime Record, Use 5Why and Fishbone analysis tools.

负责对每日设备维修情况作出统计，并且做出专业分析与合理化建议。

• Develop redients preventive maintenance checklists

  负责生产设备预防性维护工作重点指导。

• Ensure stable operation of the equipment. Assist to finish other tasks from supervisor

  协助完成上级交代的其他工作，确保生产设备正常运行。

• This position direct report to maintenance supervisor and indirect to department manager。

  本岗位直属汇报对象是维修主管，间接汇报对象是部门经理。

• This position should keep self-checking responsibility, this position find equipment did not reach quality standard then should mark the current fix state, stop the production.

  本岗位应对设备质量应做到自检，对于不符合质量要求的设备标识当前的状态，并且停止生产。
