职位描述
岗位职责
1、根据国家统一规定的会计科目设置账簿。
2、根据审核无误的会计凭证记录账簿。
3、监督、催收预交的各开发项目的保证金及其它应收款项的回收工作。
4、及时核对往来帐项，对不相符的账项应查明原因及时调整处理。
5、负责计提固定资产折旧，会同有关部门对固定资产及其它物品进行定期清查盘点；对购置、调入、调出、报废的资产或物品应及时督促有关部门人员办理相应手续，确保账、卡、物相符。
6、合理控制公司成本费用开支，降低耗费，对不合理的支付要求，应坚决制止并及时向有关上级领导报告。
7、计提应上缴的各项税费，及时纳税申报。
8、根据有关发票管理规定保管公司各类发票，正确对外开具发票。
