Responsibility:

    

-Be responsible for co-ordinating logistics arrangements to deliver all customer orders from the point of collection to delivery on the assigned trade route.

    

-Be required to communicate constantly with customers, shipping/ air freight, and other JF Hillebrand Offices in order to manage the transport and documentation for the order.

    

-Be ensure commercial viability on all orders by continuously monitoring and managing costs, timelines and service quality.

    

-Be ensure customer requirements are met, customers are up-to-date on their orders and documentation is accurate and precise.

    

    

Qualification:

    

-More than 2 year Customer Service/logistics experience

    

-College degree

    

-Good command of English and PC skill

    

-Be good at managing multiple tasks and time

    

-Willing to take challenging work and face customer

    

-Team-working, conscientious, approachable, strong ability to handle and resolve problems
