工作职责:

?Play the role as business partner serving commercial teams such as sales, marketing, R&D,

?Play the role as go-to person for all sales reporting. Leverage BI tool to simply reporting process

?Work with demand planning team for BI sales master data maintenance.

?Lead segment / category / customer profitability analysis to identify area for improvement

?Retrieve monthly sales reports, and prepare management reports with findings and comments

?Analyze, forecast on key financial status. Preparing weekly and monthly sales report, identify key risks and opportunities, cooperate with operation & sales team to ensure smooth progress

?Ensure high-quality financial results during closing by monitoring financial data across multiple ERP tools like BAAN/BPC/BI data warehouse, etc.

?Rolling forecast of sales and margin by monitoring billing/shipment/open order status with demand planning team.

任职资格:

?Major in Accounting/Finance is considered as preferred.

?5+ years of Experience in Finance function with MNC or in big 4.

?Must be detail oriented, with the ability to multi-task and can work effectively with cross functional teams

?Highly motivated with good interpersonal skills, team player and ability to work independently with all levels of the organization.

?Excellent in excel modeling, and comfortable to manage large dataset

?ERP reporting tool experience, such as SAP, HFM, BPC, etc

?Advanced Microsoft Office skills and knowledge on BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau

?Fluent in spoken and written English
