JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Involved in new, innovative hardware design of electronic control used in air and fluid moving system. Carry out  product development according to New Product Development (NPD) process.  Interface with internal & external customers in brain-storming sessions to define requirements for a new concepts/products. 2. Carry out detailed analysis of the hardware design. Generate & maintain engineering drawings, design documents, record files and activity logs during product development and throughout the product life. Generate required documents for product developments toll gate review during product development. Make Gantt chart & build plan, ensure progress in line with expected milestone to meet on time delivery 3. Taking lead role to analyze and resolve problem encounter in development, product verification & validation.  Analyzes and resolve issues arise in system verification & validation tests at customer site. 4. Attend sample and pilot build.  Provide technical support to electronic contract manufacturer or motor factory during product pilot build. Work with other functional teams such as procurement, manufacturing to evaluates new, better cost material.  Review engineering specifications of the new material, run qualification tests to qualify the new material 5. To support reliability tests for China and North America projects.  Work with relevant engineers to develop test requirements, specifications to run application tests, life tests and product life cycle tests (PLC).

REQUIREMENTS   要求
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related engineering field

2. Minimum 5 years of power electronic control design experience, candidates with BLDC motor control hardware or Servo motor control design experience is preferred.  Proficiency in electronic schematic capture software include but not limited to Cadence, PADS, Altium Design.

3. Special skills, language or personality  特殊技能、语言或个性

Language: Good communication skills in verbal and written English.

Possess good critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills.

Have in-depth knowledge of switching power supply, micro-controller architecture, power electronic design using MOSFET or IGBT.

Have knowledge of communication circuit (I2C, RS-232, -485).
