Work scope: 岗位职责:

• Legal research in all legal areas regarding daily operational matters
• 就公司日常业务中涉及到的各种法律问题进行法律研究
• Simple contract review under supervision of legal counsel
• 在法律顾问的指导下进行简单的合同审查工作
• Translation of legal documents
• 法律文件的翻译
• Assist the legal counsel in M&A projects, such as legal research, drafting legal documents or procedural documents.
• 在并购项目中协助法律顾问，如法律问题研究、起草法律文件或程序性文件。
• Assist legal counsel in standardization projects, such as contract template developments.
• 协助法律顾问进行标准化项目，如合同模板的开发。
• Filing of legal documents and database
• 法律文件和数据库的归档
• Other ad hoc tasks/responsibilities that may be assigned by legal counsel
• 法律顾问可能指派的其他工作

• Strong oral and written communications skills in English and Mandarin (CET-6)
• 较强的中英文口头和书面沟通能力(CET-6)
• Legal intern experience preferably in a major law firm or in the legal department of a multinational company is preferred
• 有大型律师事务所或跨国公司法律部门实习经验者优先
• Work at least 3 days/week.
• 每周至少工作3天。
