Key Responsibilities

Quickly resolving quality concerns through Non-Conformity process establishing containment, true root cause and permanent corrective action and preventive action.

Plan, organise and drive sustainable and pre-active Quality improvement across incumbent supplier base.

Ensure supply base is capable of meeting requirements for Quality by providing support for NPD projects via the implementation of selected APQP tools (eg. PPAP, FMEA’s Control Plans etc.), alongside PSP and other DHR approved tools.

Work closely with cross functional teams to, organise, and drive sustainable quality improvements across incumbent supply base.

Support the Strategic Buyers & SDM Asia in identifying, qualifying and developing new vendors capable of fulfilling the QDCI requirements of Linx.

Supplier Quality Audit / Assessments and Risk management.

Support/lead Kaizen events to improve QDCI at both factory and supplier side.

Qualification

Desirable Engineering based bachelor degree - preferably Mechanical

Typically require 5+ years of experience in Supply Quality Management

Work Experience

Experienced in working with suppliers of electronic and mechanical components, Experience in conducting supplier audits / assessments, working with suppliers to develop control plans and FMEA's to ensure processes are capable of meeting requirements.

Experience working within a multinational company producing electromechanical assemblies.

Knowledge of any of the following: Mechanical subassemblies, sheet metal enclosures, plastics, stamping, CNC, PCBA, etc.

Has experience / an understanding of the APQP / PPAP tools.

Can demonstrate an ability to work with a supplier to identify root cause of an issue and the development of a suitable countermeasure.
