1. 负责客户服务访问调查

2. 为服务事件创建工单（服务请求，工程师分配）

3. 根据现有的产能和能力与区域服务经理协调和制定现场检测，新机器安装，即将发生的服务需求所需的人员（资源）计划

4. 与其他部门协调零部件，改造，自动化等工作

5. 与客户服务部项目负责人协调将特殊工具发到客户现场，以便服务工作的顺利进行，但不包括新机器的安装

6. 负责与客户和服务工程师沟通确认是否到现场进行服务

7. 在无工作安排情况下，安排服务工程师主动拜访

8. 创建并发送给客户服务报价/服务关税

9. 创建并与服务工程师沟通服务订单

10. 监控进度(计划与实际时间)，检查是否有偏差

11. 负责确保Innosoft中的数据精确（订单类型，即应付款/保修/信誉，故障代码等）

12. 确保及时收到服务报告，检查并发送服务报告

13. 服务工作结束后关闭服务工单，在SAP中创建发票

14. 完成上级布置的其他相关工作

Job Description

1. Responsible for customer service visit inquiries

2. Create tickets for service issues (service request, engineer assignment)

3. Resource planning and scheduling of site inspections, new machine installations, incoming

service calls according to available capacities and capabilities in cooperation with Regional Service Manager

4. Coordinate with other departments for parts, retrofits, automation etc …

5. Coordinate with project manager CSD to send special tools to customer site for service jobs not related to new machine installation

6. Responsible for communication with customers and service engineers for confirmed and cancelled visits

7. Schedule proactive customer visits if there is no work scheduled

8. Create and send quotes to customers for service / service tariff

9. Create and communicate CS orders to service engineers

10. Monitor progress (planned vs actual hours), check reason for deviation if any

11. Responsible for accurate data in Innosoft (order type i.e. payable/warranty/goodwill, failure code, etc …)

12. Ensure the timely receipt of service reports, review and release service reports

13. Close the service ticket when job is finished, initiate invoicing in SAP when applicable

14. Other responsibilities as assigned by superior.

1. 大专以上学历，工程技术背景优先。

2. 熟练运用电脑

3. 有服务协调/资源计划相关背景优先

4. 良好的合作意识与沟通能力

5. 具有强烈的责任感和跟进意识

6. 一定的英语能力（读写听说）

7. 有SAP系统经验者优先考虑

Job Requirements

1. College degree or above, technical background is a plus.

2. Good Microsoft office computer skills.

3. Background in service coordination/resource planning is preferred

4. Good cooperation and communication skill

5. Strong sense of responsibility and good follow-up skill

6. Good English (written, reading and speaking)

7. Experience in SAP will be preferred

Engel, established in 1945 by Mr. Ludwig Engel, plays a leading role in global injection moulding machine market. The headquarter locates in Schwertberg Austria, ENGEL follows family owned management mode with which guarantees stabilization of the company and continues development of product and service. With more than 60 years experience of manufacturing injection moulding machine becomes one of the largest manufacturer in this industry. ENGEL has total 9 factories all over the world, locates in Europe, Asia (Korean/Pyungtaek，China/Shanghai) and America/York etc. ENGEL branches spread over 20 countries and representative offices over 70 countries.
ENGEL Shanghai is the eighth production facility of ENGEL group all over the world. The first phase was opened on May 19, 2009, has a production floor space of over 8 000 m2 for the manufacturing and assembly of machine components for the large-scale Duo series in Shanghai. 1000 m2 of modern offices provide ample space for sales, service and training.
