Job Description：

1. Arrange booking ,apply and confirm space, arrange trucking, depot stuffing etc；

2. Contact local shippers to prepare custom clearance documents, booklets, goods inspections etc.;

3. Deal with client and agency's enquiry;

4. E-mail communication with agents with an appropriate and timely manner;

5. Online booking confirmation and update online booking status;

6. Confirm received invoices and book it in Operating system accordingly;

7. Work closely with Documentation to ensure 100% accuracy of shipment;

8. Working experience in CMA CGM's booking agent is preferred.

Skills:/Knowledge:

1. College degree or above;

2. Minimum 3 years operation experience in forwarding industry;

3. Fluent in written and oral English, CET-4 or above;

                                                                4. Familiar with export operation procedure and forwarding related knowledge;

  5. Strong sense of responsibility; Patient; Good interpersonal and communication skill.
