·       Quality development of component including the PPAP package verification;

    

·       In-coming quality management and supplier monthly assessment 

    

·       Purchasing parts issue handle and non-conformity management

    

·       Purchasing parts full dimension verification including requalification and PPAPs review

    

·       Conduct the regularly supplier audit and PPM reduce plan

    

·       Conduct the internal product audit and process audit

    

·       Support to prepare the QMS and customer audit and improve actions tracking

    

·       Conduct the supplier and internal quality sense and quality tools training

    

·       Other relevant tasks arranged by superiors for achieving company’s objectives.

Profile

·       Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering.

    

·       At least 3 years supplier quality management experience in auto manufacturing industry

    

·       Familiar with IATF16949, knowledge on ISO45001 and ISO14001

    

·       Familiar with VDA6.3, VDA6.5 and good understanding of quality tools, such as PPAP, FMEA, SPC, 8D etc.

    

·       Fluent in both spoken and written English

    

·       Microsoft skill

    

·       Traveling will be required

    

·       Team work and accountability

    

·       Good communication skill and problem solve skill.
