• This role will be accountable for the electronics software development across Fisher & Paykel Appliances (Qingdao) Co Ltd. 该职位将负责斐雪派克电器（青岛）有限公司的电控软件开发工作。

• Follows robust product management systems, processes and relationships to deliver efficient and effective product development outcomes. This includes ensuring design solutions and meet regulatory standards in relevant markets. 遵循稳健的产品管理系统、流程和关系，以提供高效和有效的产品开发成果，包括确保解决方案的设计并满足相关市场的监管标准。
• Defines and follows project plans including key milestones, ensuring available resource is integrated into motors project plans. 制定并遵从项目计划，包括关键里程碑，确保将可用资源整合到电机项目计划中。

Strategy Development and Execution策略发展及执行：

• Contributes to the definition and executes, the plan for controls software for the C&T business unit, creating and maintaining product and technology roadmaps for the controls software. 致力于制定与执行组件技术部的控制软件计划，创建并维护产品及技术路线图
• Reviews competitors' controls offerings and develops a deep understanding of current and future requirements for controls (functionality, packaging, manufacturing technology and cost). 审核竞争对手的控制器样品，制定详尽的现行与未来控制器需求方案（功能性，包装，生产技术，成本）。
• Ensures designs and solutions are compliant across all markets, products applications and customers. 确保设计及解决方案满足市场，产品应用及客户需求。

Customer interface 客户对接：

• Technical interface for customers on control software related activity. 针对控制软件相关活动与客户进行技术对接。
• Reviews customer requirements and trade-offs to deliver quality on-time decisions and design solutions. 审核客户的需求与权衡，及时制定质量决议及设计方案。
• Contributes to progress reviews and updates with F&P and customer design teams for the project. 致力于项目过程中与公司及客户设计团队的过程审核及更新。
• Represents customer interests for projects. 代表客户利益。

Research & Development 研发：

• Fosters and leverages relationships with outside technology providers and research institutes. 与外在技术支持人员及研究机构保持良好关系。

• Has an understanding of health and safety management responsibilities relative to their position. 对于相关职位的健康与安全责任要有相应的了解。

Experience 经验要求：

Incumbents must have significant electronics Software product development experience in an innovative global organisation.

Minimum 5 years' experience in motor drives with project management and leadership skills.

在电机驱动领域至少有5年经验，并具有项目管理及领导能力

Technical 技术要求：

• Experience in developing advanced motor control software solutions. 须有制定高级电机控制软件方案的经验
• Experience in developing motor control algorithms. 开发电机控制运算的经验
• Experience with developing Servo drive software systems. 开发伺服驱动软件系统的经验
  
• Proficient in C. 精通C语言
• Experience for Cypress or ST processor. 拥有Cypress或ST处理器的经验
• Both English and Chinese, speaking and writing fluent. 中英文口语写作流利
