岗位职责：

根据合同安排车间日常生产，合理安排员工工作，负责现场管理，处理生产过程中异常事情。

    

    

1.产前准备，组织生产，保质保量完成合同如期交付。

    

2.人员的现场管理，监督和管理员工按照工艺卡片操作。

    

3.生产过程中控制，对于出现的不良及时分析原因和改善，提高产品质量。

    

4.物料的合理使用，控制损耗，降低成本。

    

5.配合技术人员，参与生产效率的提升。

    

6.后备人员的贮备及多技能人员的培训。

    

    

    

    

岗位要求：

    

    

1. 两年以上机械加工管理经验，熟悉和了解机加工产品，冲压钣金产品，焊接工艺。

    

    

2. 服从领导管理、工作责任心强。

    Qingdao Highton Machinery Co., Ltd. is a professional supplier of steel products with a sales/ customer service center in Qingdao and a fully owned factory specialized in forging and machining in Laizhou, a town 150 km from Qingdao. We are supplying forging, casting, forming and machining parts.

    Our sales/customer service center in Qingdao is certified with ISO9000 as well and we are preparing for the certification of TS16949. We have professional engineering staff for research, development and QC on our products. We can develop new parts according to customers’ drawings, samples and requirements.
