This person’s primary objectives are to:
Grow Schroff business in Beijing area
Sell specific products or service to target customers
Develop new customers in target vertical, especially in Telecom and Test & Measurement
Develop new partners to increase market share
Achieve AOP
In this position, you will get to:
Understand market and application well
Use the knowledge to find out more potential opportunities and convert to revenue
Fill market gap and gain market share in the area
Knows the competitors situation in the market and communicate with the supervisor
Manage existing customers and partners
Acquire new customers as needed to exceed sales expectations
Build relationships with key influencers at growth oriented accounts. find out customer real needs and offer proper solutions
First contact window in front of customers, daily communication with customers
Identify, define and develop solutions to issues that are not immediately evident in existing processes and systems.
Promote the company's products & brands effectively utilizing marketing programs, leveraging field resources, distributor and end-user product trainings.
You have:
Bachelor Degree in electronics/engineering or equivalent work experience
Minimum five years working experience in sales/marketing position
Understand computing industry
Skills
Work under pressure
Good at communication
Technical understanding
Market sensitive
Working attitude: positive and high passion
