职位描述
Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Deliver Bellamy’s consumer social CRM strategy and convert into programs/campaigns to achieve set KPIs
? Help to define a feasible & winning social CRM strategy
? To design CRM plan/mechanisms based on lifecycle management and evaluate results. (campaign, event, and communication)
- Monitor and set KPI on monthly basis and provide optimization plans accordingly
2. Recruit new members and new users through social activities
? Define new member & new user recruit and convert strategy and action plan
? Design recruit and conversion campaigns to achieve KPIs
3. Engage existing consumers for better activation rate and create brand buzz
? Leverage Wechat platform to better engage consumers, lift-up consumer active rate, define brand KOC/big fan
? Design and execute mechanism to engage existing consumers for repeat purchase,
4. Build up consumer retention for long-term loyalty
? Deliver retention mechanism strategy, leverage all channel sales point to drive consumer repeat purchase
? Existing consumer campaigns or activities design and execution, tracking and optimization
5. Setup Bellamy organic content hub, demonstrate Bellamy’s organic lifestyle to all consumers, equip cross-function teams with Bellamy lifestyle contents
? Plan Bellamy organic content hub map, define content strategy
? Collect existing brand and product materials to redesign/ re-produce content, aiming to: a. build up brand love; b. build a Bellamy’s organic mindset; c. lead new mums to an organic lifestyle; d. convert consumers organic concept into purchasing behavior
6. Wechat platform management
? Bellamy’s official Wechat account strategy design, module design and calendar planning & management
? Weekly push content management and deliver
? Backend platform management
7. Work with different functional teams to co-work on consumer recruitment and operation
8. Manage agency partners to deliver set KPIs, make sure all investments are trackable and optimize operation result and efficiency
9. Other ad-hoc work
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree and above, MBA is a plus
- 5-7 years working experience in social/CRM/brand mkt, IMF/FMCG/Cosmetic industry is preferable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and Microsoft Office skill
- Fluent in Mandarin and English and in both written and oral communication
