In this position, you will get to:  

• Workday key user, Recruiter of Talent Acquisition module, handle the whole recruiting process in Workday including input requisitions, filter applicants, organize interviews and tracking approving process.

• Communicate with functions to figure out specific requirements to carry out resumes screening and pre-examination of the interview and selection.

• Expand and coordinate with recruitment channels to deliver recruitment information and request. Organize Effective recruitment campaigns as required.

• Follow up reference check, on board process to minimize lead time (Resume to offer).

• Track and update hiring report and provide analysis as required.

• Organize and support staff activities such as IWD, Company Anniversary and other events.

• Employee relationship and related tasks.

• On boarding process, probation period tracking and evaluation.

• Update company organization chart timely.

• Other jobs assigned by line manager.

                      

You have:

• Bachelor degree with full-time 4 years, preferred in HR or BA related.

• 3 years HR function working experience, recruitment and ER background is required.

• Good English skills, at least can write and read to complete tasks related to job.

• Good at using office software.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Devotion and passion to HR jobs.

• Data driven, detail oriented.
